We are pleased to be launching our Farm Management Series where we will host a series of practical sessions covering key areas of farm management to support our clients.
We would like to invite you to join the first session: The impact of mental health on the agricultural workplace. Effectively managing an agricultural workforce is an essential function of the role of the estate manager and is fundamental to the successful operation of the estate.
Workplace mental health is currently a hot topic, and the agricultural workplace is no exception. Our first session will focus on providing practical guidance on how to identify and address mental health issues and avoid getting tripped up. We will consider typical scenarios where issues can arise and review what action should be taken to ensure you are acting in the best interests of the employee and the estate.
