This week we are meeting at Birkdale Community House and doing a lovely walk around the local streets. There is a free yoga class on at Birkdale Community House at 9am - therefore those that are keen can stay on for a relaxing stretch out after our walk. Bring your yoga mats if keen!Join our community walking group each Saturday at 8am for a hīkoi (walk) around the local area. Meeting location changes week to week and will be confirmed on the event page during the week.
Walks are for around an hour at a moderate walking pace ?
