Come learn about birds and shoreline plants of the Grand River with our GR Outside division and the Lower Grand River Organization of Watersheds (LGROW).
Not only will you learn about life along the Grand River, but you'll hear about steps you can take to protect it. Binoculars will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own if desired.
Basic kayaking instruction is included. This trip launches and ends at the Riverside Park Lagoon.
All equipment is included. Parking instructions and a suggested packing list will be emailed to participants on registration. Ages 15+ can participate. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
