Join the RDN Team WaterSmart and local expert Samuelle to learn about birds and wetlands in our region! Samuelle is a wildlife biologist and science communicator with a BSc. in Biology and Mathematics from Vancouver Island University and an MSc in Integrative Biology from the University of Windsor. She is passionate about bird research and enjoys training and mentoring students in field techniques. Recently, Sam has become a herpetology convert and now works with Sharp-tailed Snakes in Garry Oak ecosystems, expanding her love for wildlife from feathers to scales!
