Birding at Laguna Seca with the SCVBA

Join Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority and Santa Clara Valley Bird Alliance for a birding hike at Laguna Seca!

The North Coyote Valley Conservation Area is nestled in the rich oak savanna landscape along Santa Teresa Blvd just north of Bailey Road. It is an

important anchor for this fragile habitat and home to a number of important bird species. You can look forward to seeing signature species of Santa Clara's mid-county area including Yellow-billed Magpie, Hawks and Eagles and a variety of surprises in the wetlands.

Binoculars are recommended.

We will meet at the gate and park alongside the dam.
