Attention "early birds!"Join Crossroads bioinventory efforts to document bird species at our Ida Bay Preserve as part of our restoration efforts. We will be performing three point counts throughout the summer following the Breeding Bird atlas protocols. Participants need to dress for the weather and have the merlin bird ID app downloaded on their phone.
We will meet at the parking lot at our Ida Bay Preserve, 1195 Canal Rd, then participants will be staged throughout the preserve recording birds they see visually and record birds they “hear” with their phone.
