Bipolar Badass is a one-woman show by Mari (like calamari) Crawford about her experience getting diagnosed with Bipolar disorder at 19. Through the story of struggling to accept her diagnosis and discovering the unhelpful and ignorant yet humorous societal perceptions of the disorder, Mari tries to create a way she can live with her new identity.

Mari Crawford is an actress, comedian, and writer. She began performing comedy in New Orleans and is based in NYC. Mari is the recipient of the Bounce Emerging Artist Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the award for Best Autobiographical One-Woman Show at the United Solo Off-Broadway festival for her show "Bipolar Badass."
