BIPOC Yoga

Flowing with and holding space for each other, we will encourage intuitive movement to give you complete agency over your practice and to prioritize what your body needs.

The intention of this class is to provide a safe and inclusive space for BIPOC. To be able to witness each other as we are without having to explain. To see yourself reflected in your teachers and peers.

The importance of safe spaces:

to provide a break from judgment, unsolicited opinions, and having to explain yourself. It also allows people to feel supported and respected.
