BIPOC Affinity Group - Art Workshop

This event is in association with B Local PDX and is geared towards professionals working at B Corporations.

This event intends to provide a space that intentionally asks us to slow down, be present and reflect!

Let's thumb through magazines and cut our images that aid our self-expression. Engaging in any art form can help regulate our nervous systems and restore our energy levels. No matter what you make, we hope this space will foster inspiration and be a fun place to build community.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THIS EVENT?

• A relaxed and psychologically safe space exclusive to BIPOC community members.
• Semi-structured workshop anchored around collage-making -- including but not limited to creating vision boards and visual journaling.
• Some light snacks/drinks provided
• You can show up at anytime during the 2 hours!
• Art supplies (magazines, scissors, and glue) will be provided. Feel free to bring your own as well!

The BIPOC Affinity Group at B Local PDX intends to provide a purposeful space anchored within the needs of Black and brown professionals working at B Corporations in the Portland Metro area.
