Biomed expo Group discount sleeping Room rates are $110 per night plus $20 Resort fee total of $130 per night (Cutoff date is Sept 30th, 2026)

Our group rate applies from 10/15/ 2026 through Monday 10/19/ 2026, The Resort fee of $20 nightly, plus tax. Max occupancy is 4 people for each suite.

The hotel has 500 free parking spaces all around the resort plus opposite side of the hotel there is Virgin Casino with over 1000 free parking spaces you can park also.

There are about 69 Exhibit spaces, 10 x 10 or 10 x 20 BOOTH with electricity, tables and chairs.

Exhibit hall Booth setup is on Friday morning from 8:30 AM to 10 AM, Show starts at 10 AM.

Estimated attendees at this event are over one thousand people.

Exhibit vendors can bring three people with free badges to the event.
