About this Event
Biomechanics explores how our bones and soft tissues move together to help with a more comfortable pregnancy and can affect the position of the baby in the womb, helping to lead to a smoother delivery
Infant feeding will explore milk as medicine, antenatal colostrum harvesting, positioning and attachment, and how to bottle feed.
Sessions are for pregnant people and birth partners, we recommend you attend classes from 34 weeks.
