Welcome to the Biography Workshop “A Window into your Soul and Spirit”! Join us at the beautiful Summerfield Waldorf School & Farm for a two day weekend workshop of self-discovery and reflection.

Join us to explore the transformative power of Biography work, a modern path of initiation as described by Rudolf Steiner. This workshop will help you uncover archetypal patterns in your life, revealing spiritual gifts and insights through significant life events.

Through guided exercises, intuitive art, and journal writing, you will:

• Reflect on childhood and adult experiences
• Identify key life events (births, deaths, career changes, etc.)
• Chart your biography for ongoing self-exploration

About Dr. Karen Nani Apana:

With over 30 years of experience in Biography work, Dr. Apana offers deep insights from her private practice in San Francisco. She has taught at various Waldorf Schools and was a mentor at the San Francisco Waldorf High School for over 16 years.
