Biodanza (the "Dance of Life") is a living‑art practice that awakens the body’s innate wisdom, releases stored tension, and invites participants to celebrate life through movement, music, and shared energy.

This class is designed to create a safe, vibrant space where you can reconnect with your own vitality and with the collective pulse of the group.

What happens at Biodanza

We start with a short introduction to what biodanza is.

Then there are invitations to movement cycles which are demonstrated by the facilitator, set to uplifting curated music. Each cycle explores different emotional themes (joy, gratitude, release).

The session usually has subtle sound‑therapy elements woven throughout to deepen resonance and connection with oneself and other participants.

The music and movements guide you to inner connection and encourage a sense of wholeness.

We dance in community thus helping us to sharing space to honor personal experiences and feel held.
