Biodanza Tuesday Evening Series – Rothesay BayStarting Tuesday 20th January | 7:15 PM
The beginning of a new year is a threshold — a moment to set intentions, to return to the body, and to consciously choose how we want to walk life together.
This January, we open the doors of our Tuesday evening Biodanza group at Rothesay Bay Community Hall. This group has been moving, growing, and weaving bonds for over five years, and now welcomes new participants ready to step into the journey.
Biodanza is a progressive path.
Through music, movement, and human connection, we awaken joy, vitality, affectivity, and a deep sense of belonging. The weekly continuity allows something precious to unfold — a community that often feels like soul family.
✨ This term has a clear direction:
By the end of March, the group will be invited to enter the Minotaur Labyrinth — a profound Biodanza proposal guided by an international Biodanza teacher who will travel across the world to share his heart, wisdom, and presence with us.
This series is a preparation — a grounding and nourishing process that strengthens identity and trust, so we can step into that experience together.
Because Biodanza works through continuity and relationship, commitment matters. This series is open to people ready to join for the term, with a short interview beforehand to ensure it’s the right fit for you.

You’re warmly invited to try the first class on 20th January for $15. If you choose to continue, this amount will be deducted from your full series fee.

About the facilitator
Agnes Cofino is a Didact Biodanza facilitator from Argentina who has been sharing Biodanza in New Zealand and internationally for several years. She loves creating spaces of joy, depth, and authentic connection where people can rediscover the beauty of life through movement.
