Kia Ora Whanau!!!We are excited to bring you a soothing workshop day with the amazing combination of Biodanza & Massage.
Biodanza & Massage was created to teach the basics of massage. To understand touch so everyone can heal and be held.
We will explore through dance and massage, how the body can soften and, through that softening, become more aware. These progressive exercises will help you connect with your intuition and awaken the healer within.
This day will be a safe space, where you will experience touch, not just upon your body, but your heart & wairua: soul.
We will share meals and nice moments of being in nature.

What can you expect?
To have fun, dance & explore your bodies and be part of a community in a playful, respectful & Mindful way.
To become aware of the ways that you like to be touched.
You will learn how to connect with yourself and others through touch, to understand yourself and how to communicate at the body language level, And the bridge, between those elements, will be the massage.

FACILITATORS:
Monse is a Biodanza Facilitator SRT, Psychologist, and flower therapist from Chile.
She has facilitated many conscious festivals like: Resolution, Earth Beat, Voices of the sacred Earth, NZ Spirit Festival, and some conscious gatherings.
Agnes is a Biodanza Facilitator SRT (FTP), practising upbringing with love, and a massage therapist.
She has facilitated many conscious festivals like: Resolution, Earth Beat, Voices of the sacred Earth, NZ Spirit Festival, and is holding a regular BIODANZA group in Auckland.
