BioArt Lab: Art of Science Symposium

Join us for the BioArt Lab: Art of Science Symposium, where creativity and science come together! This exciting event will feature student artwork from hands-on workshops from our art-science sessions with local middle and high school students, along with inspiring talks from speakers at the forefront of art and science. Selected works from a community call for submissions will be showcased in an engaging exhibition, highlighting the power of art-science integration. Whether you're an artist, scientist, educator, or community member, this is a great opportunity to connect, learn, and be inspired by new ideas and future collaborations!

We are a student-run initiative at the University of Pennsylvania that explores the intersection of art, biology, and community impact by partnering with local Philadelphia schools to design and host interactive, hands-on workshops that spark creativity and curiosity. Our mission is to foster a collaborative space that introduces students to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) through artistic expression and scientific discovery.
