For this two hour session Tj will focus on balancing our chakras, toning, QiGong to clear and activate our BioEnergy and a short discussion on the healing properties of crystals and how to implement them in your practices as well as address any specific questions and intentions people bring.
He will end with his Shamanic drum meditation.
Please arrive 10 -15 minutes early to settle into your space. A blanket and pillow recommended for your comfort. Chairs are available. You may want to bring a journal and your favorite crystals for charging as well as water.

Opening circle to co-create our container and mastermind our space so we can set our individual intentions to be empowered by the group. Our group intention is to raise our vibration to the highest appropriate frequencies for our bodies and integrate these tools and energy to cultivate a personal practice.
We will then engage in our InnerSize practice- an internal alchemy energy cultivation that incorporates NeiGong, QiGong, Yoga, sound toning, movement and meditation to clear and activate your body, organs, and bioenergy field in a holistic mind-emotion-body-spirit balance.
We will then lecture on tools and concepts to enhance your self-care and energy cultivation practice and address questions, comments, and observations
We will end with a Heart Sanctuary Sacred Drum meditation to integrate and process energy. Then close our circle to encourage the energy to keep flowing to integrate into our daily life experiences.
Energy exchange of $55 cash or Venmo.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, journal and a crystal of your choosing to activate and assist in your meditation.
