Hosted by BIO Founder Jon Sermon, this month in Brisbane we welcome the brilliant Dan Murray to the stage, who is going to run a scenario-based learning experience to explore the role of strategic empathy.

Let's talk about the role of empathy...

Decision making is one of the most challenging and important aspects of running a successful team or organisation. If you ever find yourself sitting around a table with your team struggling to make a decision, this will be a session you won't want to miss. Daniel Murray, CEO of Empathic Consulting will be introducing us to their brand new workshop experience, Practical Empathy, which gamifies the world of decision making. Why does this matter in business?

Empathy is a critical business skill. In today's complex ecosystems, the challenge can be balancing the tension between conflicting needs.

The focus of this interactive workshop is to provide skills and capabilities to support people to implement empathy in their work. Engaging people with scenario-based gamification, this session ensures the theory can be translated into practical application.

By tailoring scenarios that are highly relevant to their daily work experiences, this session combines theory and practice to drive improved performance and behaviour.
