About the Event:

As we all know the price of vehicles has increased over the years and though we are not surprised, a wheel chair accessible vehicle is even more. Come on out and help raise some money to help Cindy get an accessible vehicle. No, she won’t be driving, however it would make it easier for her family to transport her to appointments, events, church and even taking her to the grocery store. Cindy loves socializing and it brings joy to her heart. Her smile can light up any dark room!

Cindys story:

When Cindy was a young toddler (18 months) she was victim of a drowning in the creek near our home. The result was severe brain damage that left her mentally and physically handicapped. Though the doctors were not medically advising or promising her survival, Cindy not only survived but thrives! She has surpassed the expectations of the medical staff who initially predicted her outcome as terminal and we couldn’t be more blessed with a soul who has thrived and lights up our world. When Cindy was young, she was the ambassador child for Easter Seals, helping raise thousands of dollars for the organization to help children just like her. Now, several years later, we are asking for YOUR help so she can purchase a vehicle to continue spreading her smile and love.
