Katya Lovejoy is an ERYT-500hr yoga teacher in the ISHTA lineage and an advanced certified clinical hypnotherapist. She brings her experience in yoga, therapy, neuroscience, and energy work to her teaching and healing practices. Katya specializes in working with the subconscious mind in connection with the body and the soul as a pathway to unlock her students’ highest potential. Her passion and purpose is to guide others toward transformational and sustainable wellness of mind, body and soul.
