DISCOVER YOUR CORE VALUES AND LEARN HOW TO USE THEM AS A GUIDING FRAMEWORK FOR YOUR BRAND STORY

This session differs slightly from a typical lecture. Beba will be sharing personal experience and what they've learned about the importance of values in communication and branding — be it for personal branding or a product — to convey authenticity in the music industry. A lab to explore values as the foundation of an authentic brand narrative — whether for your professional persona or work projects. Through case studies and reflective exercises, you'll gain the tools to articulate and apply a values-led approach to your storytelling.- Introducing the concept of values : Understand the differences between real vs. aspirational values, inner values vs. brand values, and personal branding vs. business/product branding.- Uncovering your inner values: Incorporate them authentically into your professional identity.- Identifying the brand values of an organisation : Discover their role in shaping overall voice, tone, and messaging.- Applying brand values in context from keywords to storytelling : Integrate them consistently across communication channels and content formats.- Putting insights into action : Draft a concise ‘About’ statement for your professional persona or work project.
About Beba Naveira:
Former Head of Communications and Partnerships at Primavera Sound and International Communications Manager at Red Bull, Beba Naveira brings over 15 years of experience in communications, content, and partnerships for events and digital products.
Over her decade at Primavera Sound, Beba established the communications department and handled everything from PR to brand development, including content for websites, festival apps, and newsletters. Additionally, she managed brand and institutional partnerships, coordinated the communication of festivals' A/V live streams with YouTube, ARTE or Pitchfork, and oversaw rights licensing for live recordings and photo coverage. While at Red Bull, she contributed to global communications with a focus on major activations, especially festivals and signature events, supporting local teams in various countries, such as Turkey, Switzerland, Brazil, and Canada.
Currently, Beba operates independently, consulting for organisations like Native Instruments or Berlinale, among others, while also teaching at educational institutions such as Pompeu Fabra University and BIMM University.
