Teamsters Local 313 Harstine Island Community, At 1pm on Saturday, August 3rd, Teamsters Local 313’s Executive Board and Staff will host a memorial in honor of our former caretaker Billy Graham. This will be at the property and lunch will follow.
Billy had long been an integral part of Harstine. In 2003, he took over as caretaker for our campground and spent his time bringing joy and giving support to our members who use the facilities.
Please RSVP here if you plan to attend. If you intend on coming, please mark 'going' rather than 'interested.' We want to have a good head count for food.
