We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new, chef-inspired flavor: Billy D’s Wild Mountain Bramble Ice Cream, which will be available exclusively at The Hop inside S&W Food Hall (56 Patton Ave) starting Tuesday, October 8 and while supplies last!
Crafted with a local honey + sumac base, this decadent small-batch creation is mixed with Hop-made local blackberry jam and London Fog cashews from The Market Place in downtown Asheville.
Billy D's Wild Mountain Bramble celebrates William Dissen - nationally recognized chef/owner of The Market Place and Billy D’s Fried Chicken, passionate forager, and author of Thoughtful Cooking: Recipes Rooted in the New South. His commitment to sustainability and regional ingredients shines through the dishes he creates.
