Join us for an energizing and empowering workshop designed for women who are building teams, businesses, families, and futures, and are ready to do it with even more clarity, connection, and confidence.
Leadership coach Tim Lohrenz will guide us through the 22 Relational Nutrients, a powerful framework of skills that strengthen the way we communicate, support others, and sustain ourselves. This isn’t your typical professional development session. You’ll experience hands-on group exercises, honest conversations, and walk away with tools that are immediately usable in both work and life.
Together, we’ll explore four core areas of relational leadership:
Be Present: Learn how to show up with empathy and attentiveness
Convey the Good: Speak encouragement, affirmation, and appreciation
