Please join us for an exclusive evening to celebrate the launch of Billecart-Salmon's trilogy from the lauded 2012 vintage, featuring the prestigious Louis Salmon Blanc de Blancs, Élisabeth Salmon Rosé and Nicolas François champagnes.
The champagnes of Billecart-Salmon are cultivated from a domain-owned estate of 100 hectares from a total of 300 hectares required across 40 crus of the Champagne region. The House is known for its classy, elegant and scintillating fresh style, most celebrated in their Rosé champagnes.
Sebastien Papin is the Director of Billecart-Salmon in the Asia Pacific region and will co-host this beautiful dinner with VINE & BUBBLE founder, Sara Underdown.
Your evening includes seven champagnes across an expertly paired four-course menu at one of Adelaide's newest and most beautiful restaurants, Penny Blue, private dining, at the Marriott Hotel. All champagnes will be full, 100ml pours.
