Who remembers going to Boll Weevil as a kid, or with their kids after a sporting event? Fresh Steer Burgers on a Toasted Sesame Seed Bun? Make your own toppings?
We're bringing it to the VFW. Bill is getting fresh ground Certified Angus Chuck, Brisket, and Short Rib and making huge 1/2lb burgers. We'll have a toppings bar with Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, and our Pickled Red Onion/Jalapeños. You can choose from Cheddar, American, Pepper Jack or Blue Cheese.
All Burgers come with Beer Battered Onion Rings or Steak Fries.
To finish it off, Bill is making Homemade Bourbon Banana Pudding!
