This all-levels class that will awaken your body through intentional breathing and mindful movement. Leave energized and ready to rock out the rest of your day! Class is both English and Spanish spoken in a diverse and inclusive space.

This class is a celebration of diversity and the unifying power of yoga.

Location: James J. Braddock North Hudson County Park

What to Bring: Mat and water.
