AGM at 2pm
Bilbys are required to hold an AGM every year and we can only do so if we have a quorum of at least ten members attending.
This years AGM will be held on the afternoon of 24 November at 2pm (following a BBQ) and you are strongly encouraged to register for, and participate in the AGM. To participate in the AGM, it is necessary to register. This can be done in one of a few ways:
- Online before the meeting to participate virtually (email the Secretary below), or
- RSVP via this Facebook event (where a Zoom link will be provided), or
- Attend on the day of the AGM and register before the meeting starts. Please arrive 30 minutes before 2:00pm to allow time to register.
Online registration is now open and will close at midnight on Friday, 22 November. If you do opt to participate online, you will be sent a Zoom link a couple of days before the meeting.

There are a number of vacancies on the Committee. If you would like to nominate for any position on next year's committee please advise the Secretary (via email above). The workload is not onerous and the committee has been very effective and inclusive.
There will be no cost for the BBQ and it will be held in park setting with swings etc available for kids - perhaps bring you own picnic chairs.
