Celebrate Better Biking at Biketopia 2026!

Join Bike East Bay’s annual party and fundraiser on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Preservation Park, Downtown Oakland. Your support powers our advocacy, education, and community work. This year, Biketopia is open to all!

Celebrate 2026 biking wins and support exciting active transportation projects coming in 2027. Enjoy catering by Market Hall, wine, and draft beer poured by Drake’s Brewing. Bid on unique silent auction items, including bikes, getaways, and more! We’ll also be presenting awards for the year’s Best Community Advocacy and Best Bike Project.

Ticket Tiers:

VIP Ticket: $125 ($150 after September 9, including at the door)

• 5-8:30 PM (VIP-only hour: 5-6 PM)
• Includes auction preview, open bar during the VIP hour with a signature cocktail, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, curated hors d’oeuvres, and an exclusive conversation with a special guest to be announced soon!

General Admission: $50 ($65 after September 9, including at the door)

• 6-8:30 PM
• Includes one drink ticket for beer, wine, or a non-alcoholic beverage, and hearty small plates.

Purchase a limited-edition Biketopia glass and enjoy unlimited brews and wine throughout the event.

Children under 12 are free.

Note: While this is no longer a "members only" event, members will have access to a “member station” with an extra drink ticket, special sticker, and button-making. Become a member today to take advantage of this benefit!

Getting There:

• Please enter the event at the 13th Street entrance off of Martin Luther King Jr. Way.
• Personal bicycle: Secure free valet bike parking available. The valet is located at the corner of 12th Street and Preservation Way (around the corner from the event’s main entrance off Martin Luther King Jr. Way.)
• Bikeshare: A Bay Wheels dock is located one block away at Jefferson and 12th street.
• Transit: BART to 12th Street station or ride AC Transit (many lines stop nearby on 12th Street).
• Car: Street parking is available.
