About this Event

Access and safety are interconnected within active transportation, influencing usage, funding, and priorities. This year’s summit explores the aspects of access and safety from planning to policy to programs.

Understanding the Agenda:

New to the summit this year are workshops to enable peer-to-peer collaboration, real-time feedback and possible solutions.

Breakout sessions are coordinated to provide separate pathways of the same topics. The breakouts include a session featuring technical knowledge and implementation strategies and another focused on practical, community-based approaches.

About:

The annual Bike Walk Nebraska Summit is the only gathering of professionals, advocates, planners, public officials, and everyday community members focused on building safer, stronger communities through safe, accessible active transportation.
