This is the second Bike Trilith Clinic event where we will delve into the wonderful world of cycling! Join us at 305 Trilith Pkwy Suite 340 (behind CT Taqueria) for an interactive session that dives deep into how to get started. We'll review the basic types of cycling, review the types of bikes that might fit you best, discuss basic bike operation (proper fit, how to brake, etc.) and basic cycling safety.
