Please join us and Bike Law on Thursday, October 3 from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Piney Mountain Bike Lounge. Rachael Maney and Peter Wilborn are the National Director and Founding Attorney of Bike Law; they represented me and many of my friends in the past and are coming to host all upstate cyclists and triathletes for a night of celebration, education, and advocacy. Bike Law will be buying everyone’s first beer and giving away lots of cool stuff. Upstate crash survivors will be sharing their experiences and Rachael and Peter will be leading a conversation about how we can protect ourselves on the road, what our rights and responsibilities are, and what to do when there’s a crash. The bike crash epidemic has impacted all of us in the Upstate, so I hope to see you there.
