3. Safety Equipment: You are required to wear appropriate safety gear, including a properly fitted helmet, during the entire duration of the biking event. It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is in good working condition and meets the necessary safety standards.

4. Traffic Regulations: You must obey all traffic laws and regulations while participating in the biking event. This includes following designated routes, using appropriate hand signals, and yielding to pedestrians and vehicles when necessary.

5. Release of Liability: By participating in this biking event, you release the event organizers, sponsors, and associated personnel from any liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation, including those caused by the negligence of others.

6. Personal Belongings: You are responsible for the security and safety of your personal belongings during the biking event. The event organizers and sponsors are not liable for any loss or theft of personal items.

7. Event Modifications: The event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the biking event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in a timely manner.

8. Photography and Publicity: By participating in the biking event, you grant the event organizers the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional and publicity purposes without compensation.
