Calling all K-Pop Fans! ✨ You're Invited to the Bighug RPD+ K-pop Play Day Season 2 (with K-Games Chuseok) in Bellevue!
🤔 So, what’s this event all about? Simply put, it’s an awesome K-Pop celebration at Bellevue City Hall Plaza! 🥳 Hosted by Big Hug, a Washington-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit connecting people, culture, and opportunity through Korean culture, with generous support from the City of Bellevue, the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Seattle, and the Overseas Koreans Agency, this event brings K-Pop fans, families, and community members together for a day of music, dance, performances, and cultural experiences. It’s a safe, welcoming space for everyone—so come join the fun!
🤩 What can you do there?
- 🎤 Showcase Your Talent: Step onto the stage and show off the dance or vocal skills you’ve been practicing! (For stage performers)We’d love to give everyone a chance to perform, but with limited event time, not every applicant can be selected for the stage. ()

No worries—you still have the biggest stage of all: the Random Play Dance (RPD)🎶✨ Join hundreds of K-Pop fans on the dance floor and show everyone your moves! - 🎶 Dance With Everyone: When your favorite song comes on, jump into the Random Play Dance (RPD) and dance with everyone! (Open to all attendees.)
- 🤝 Make New Friends: Meet fellow K-Pop fans and connect with people who share your passion for Korean music and culture!
- 📸 Capture the Moment: Professional photographers will be there throughout the event to capture your best photos and videos!

🌦️ Rain or shine! If it rains, all performances will move indoors to the stage inside Bellevue City Hall. The event will not be canceled, so come join us no matter the weather!
🎉 Can’t wait until September 26?
Join us at Redmond Downtown Park on Saturday, September 5 (4:00–6:00 PM) for a special Random Play Dance (RPD+) and performances! We’ll be promoting Big Hug RPD+ K-Pop Play Day Season 2, and we’d love to have you perform or dance with us. If you’re interested, simply let us know on the sign-up form!
📢 When will performers be selected?Stage spots are limited, so not every applicant can be selected to perform. We will notify all applicants individually by email (the address you provide on this form).
• Redmond Downtown Park pre-event (Sat, Sept 5): Applications are open through August 10. Performers will be notified by August 13.
• Bellevue City Hall Plaza main event (Sat, Sept 26): Applications are open through August 25. performers will be notified by August 28.
Didn't make the performance lineup? You're still welcome to join the Random Play Dance (RPD)!
