Celebrate America’s 250th in the maple woods.Join us Saturday, March 14 for a patriotic Bigfoot Maple Open House in Gilmanton, New Hampshire as we kick off Maple Days 2026.
This is a one-day celebration filled with maple tradition, family fun, and an evening fireworks finale.
What’s Happening on March 14:
Boiling All Day
Watch fresh maple sap turn into syrup inside our working sugarhouse.
Guided Tours at the Top of Every Hour
Walk the sugar bush, learn how sap flows, and see how maple is made. This is a walking scavenger hunt tour, so please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.
Breakfast for Dinner – Pancake Supper at 4:00 PM
Join us for our patriotic Pancake Supper featuring real New Hampshire maple syrup. Local Boy Scouts will be part of the celebration.
Maple Milkshakes & Chocolate Shuug Shake
Including our special chocolate Shuug shake for America’s 250th.
Maple Fritters and Fresh Syrup
We sold out of last year’s bottled syrup. Order early to ensure you get some of what we boil in March.
Bigfoot Calling – 6:00 PM
Gather for our signature Bigfoot Calling experience in the woods.
Bonfire & Fireworks at Night
As the sun sets, we celebrate 250 years of American independence with a bonfire and fireworks over the sugar bush.
