This three-hour Yin masterclass will send you to a deeper level of relaxation.
During the three hour session you will be releasing tension accumulated in your muscles with the intention to create space on the deepest levels of fascia . This will allow our bodies to be more open and relaxed. Our teacher will lead you through a series of Yin yoga poses to release the energy channels of the body. She will help you to go deeper into the poses with gentle touch and Thai assists. After finding more space in our bodies the last 40 minutes will be finding space in our minds by applying relaxation and meditation techniques with the help with a deeper level of relaxation using the healing sound of singing bowls and other instruments. The goal at the end of the practice is finishing in a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
Suitable for beginners and advance practitioners.
This session will be held in a comfortably warm studio (not hot).
