Big Top Back to School Bash

You are invited to the Studio 131 Big Top Back to School Bash! It will be held August 6th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with vendors setting up at 8:00 a.m. Come out and have a ball with us! We will have vendors, food, Carnival games, and school supply giveaways. Live Music will be going, faces will be painted and you could win at any of our fun games! There will be something for everyone.

We have a goal set to give away 500 backpacks with school supplies at the event! Any help at all brings us closer to our goal! We are accepting donations, sponsorships, and vendors! Anyone can be a part of this. Individuals, businesses, volunteers, friends, or family can help by giving prizes away, selling things, and even providing services.

Once you fill out the form, and we receive payment, I can send you the Docu-Sign form with our vendor registration agreement and we will see you bright and early on the big day!

We still need Sponsors for the event! We need Sponsors in order to make this all happen! We have 3 levels of Sponsorship from $100, $250, and $500. See the below Sponsorship flyer for the details on what is included in each package. When you spend $250 or more on sponsorship or donations, it gets your business a spot inside for the big day!! Yes, that means AIR CONDITIONING!!

It's free for guests to attend our event, but we are asking they bring food drive items as their ticket cost, which will all be donated to a local church.
