Terms & Conditions:
You MUST have your valid ID present to pick up your pass - ID must match name of the pass holder. If the pass holder is under the age, parent must be present to pick up pass.
ID is required for pass pickup; no exceptions. If your pass falls off, bring it back with ID for a replacement. One pass per registered guest. You must keep your pass on throughout the event. Failure to comply will result in removal without refund.
Ticket policy:
No returns, No refunds. Tickets are valid only for the event purchased and can't be carried over to the following year. Additionally, passes are non-transferable to events in different cities.
