About this Event

A playful and empowering experience for kids ages 4+ designed to build confidence, self-expression, and connection.

Through silly mustaches, movement, dance, breathing exercises, mindfulness, sound meditation, and creative reflection, children will explore what it means to step into their power while having fun and making new friends.

This class creates a safe and supportive space where kids can express themselves freely, celebrate their uniqueness, and discover the confidence that already lives within them.

Parents are welcome to relax at the restaurant, enjoy the pool (with purchase of day pass), connect with friends, get some work done, or book a massage while the kids are in class.
