About this Event

BIG South East R.C have joined forces with the Bigs Sport Psych and Base13 to bring you the first of our Running Psychology workshops in the lead up to 2026 London Marathon.

Whether you're training to run 5km, 21km, 42km or more join us on the 22nd and discover how stick to training, to optimise your performance, push your resilience, and step onto the start line with confidence and purpose.

Emma Biggin is a trainee Sport & Exercise Psychologist and founder of The Bigs Sport Psych. Combining her experiences as a former athlete and her years of professional training, she’ll help you stay focused when training starts to bite, tackle pre‑race nerves and build the mindset needed to perform at your best on race day.

The BIG South East R.C is a community based running club in the heart of SE London! Open and accessible to all runners, come get involved with our free Wednesday night runs in Lewisham, Blackheath, Hither Green and the surrounding areas!
Base13 is a small group personal training studio with state of the art facilities and expert professional coaches to guide you through any stage of your strength and fitness journey!
