Join us for the Big Sky BBQ Supply Grand Opening Pitmaster Showcase! Enjoy amazing food prepared by guest pitmasters from around the country, including Jared Babb, Mike Starr, Maciek Zurawski, Stephen Kina, Chef Shelly Meyer, and Pizza Chef Amy "Mimi Liss from Mimi's Portico.
Sample dishes include brisket, cabrito tacos, elote, mac & cheese, chicken mini skewers, pizza, jalapeno cheddar sausages, tri-tip, pork tenderloin sliders, bison meatballs, smoked salmon bites, frog chickens, and more!
Product demos will include Memphis Wood Fire Grills, EVO, Lynx, Tagwood, Masterbuilt, Gozney Pizza Ovens, Kamado Joe, Pit Barrel Cooker, and more.
