Big Oyster Beer Dinner at Hamilton's on Main

Our summer beer dinner is the perfect chance to enjoy a selection of Big Oyster's new and classic beers paired with bright, seasonal dishes from Chef Jeremiah designed with each brew in mind.

This dinner will have 5 courses and 5 featured beers with a price of $65 per person, which includes all food, beer and gratuity.

MENU:

Course 1:

Salty Jawns Gose - refreshing sour brewed with local sea salt, fresh lime puree, and wheat and pilsner malts

Chilled Corn Soup w/corn salsa & chive oil

Course 2:

Solar Power - Belgian Witbier brewed with fresh oranges and coriander, then cold steeped with orange zest

Arugula Salad w/cilantro vinaigrette, orange supremes, feta, toasted walnuts

Course 3:

Tripping Hazy IPA - brewed with Mosaic Lupomax, dry hopped with Zamba and Nectaron hops, and fermented with Cosmic Punch yeast with additions of passion fruit and peach

Chicken Roulade – wilted spinach, triple crème, prosciutto, beurre balance

Course 4:

Noir et Bleu - Belgian triple brewed with locally sourced dried blueberries and black tea from the Spice and Tea Exchange in Rehoboth Beach

Black Tea Braised London Broil – blueberry compote, fennel slaw, pommes puree

Course 5:

Isabelle - Kettle sour brewed with an abundance of blueberries, raspberries, and a hint of lactose

Mixed Berry Tartine – earl grey gelato
