Come and take a look around, try various activities and meet our fantastic team – they will be on hand to answer all of your enquiries.
You don’t have to be a member of our leisure centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Big Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family along too?

Free Swimming Lesson Taster Sessions.
Saturday and Sunday throughout the day
Enjoy a free swimming lesson taster session and dive into the fun of learning new skills in the water!
Suitable for babies, toddlers, pre schoolers, children aged 4-15 and adults from 8am-12pm. Please note, babies and toddlers require an adult in the water for the duration.

Fitness Activities.
Free Gym Induction and tours over the weekend
Saturday & Sunday:
Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free, on-the-spot inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.
We can also provide you with a FREE Boditrax Scan: This is an amazingly clever system that assesses your body and, very quickly, delivers 14 different measurements, such as your ideal weight, your BMI and your metabolic age, as well as your fat and muscle mass. It's completely free to use, and you can also get a free review of your results.

Free Football Taster Sessions.
Watch your little ones' develop their basic football skills in our Free Football Trial sessions. Your little ones' will learn the basic football skills, such as shooting, dribbling and passing.
Sessions for 4-6 year olds 8.30am-9.30am
7-9 year olds 9.30am-10.30am
10-12 year olds 10.30am-11.30am
Please bring indoor shoes and a drink. Parents are welcome to wait in the Sports Hall while the class takes place.
