You don’t have to be a member of our leisure centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Big Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family along too?

Fitness activities
HIIT Step Class
HIIT Step is a high-energy workout combining high-intensity interval training with dynamic step movements. Designed to burn calories, boost endurance, and tone your body – fast and fun!

Clubbercise is a fun, full-body workout set to club anthems with glow sticks and disco lights. Dance, sweat, and get fit in a party atmosphere!

Bring a Friend for Free
Bring a friend to the gym for free across our Big Open Weekend. No need to book them in, just go to reception upon arrival to register them.
Available from 9am - 4pm
Free Use of Our Outdoor Running Track!
Enjoy our state-of-the-art track for adults and juniors—completely free during the Big Open Weekend!
