Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma returns to Embassy Suites in Norman on Friday, August 9, 6:00 PM for our annual 2024 Big Movie Night fundraising gala. This year’s event is chaired by Jason Olsen, Director of Norman Parks & Recreation Department and sponsored by Cavins Construction Group.Big Movie Night unites community leaders with our mission to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Guests will enjoy a “taste of” style dinner provided by Norman’s finest restaurants before settling in to watch our 2024 movie trailers, created by our top sponsors. Proceeds benefit our ongoing work of matching volunteer mentors (Bigs) with children (Littles) who need help with self-esteem, decision-making, and other areas of life.
We call on leaders, organizations, and restaurants to join us in making a difference in the lives of children in Norman. Norman restaurants interested in participating can fill out our 2024 Big Movie Night restaurant commitment form.
