This masterclass involves:
- How to properly light and set up the Big Green Egg for optimal cooking & temperature management.
- Various cooking methods including direct grilling, smoking, roasting
- How to cook signature dishes such as beer can chicken, Ruby Red steaks & seasonal vegetables on the coals
- The importance of selecting the right cuts of meat and fresh ingredients
- Tips and tricks for cooking over fire to enhance flavour and texture
- Lots of delicious tastings!
