Join us for an Ibiza-closing-party-themed family rave inside the wonderous Cargo Manchester!

Expect a mix of Ibiza classics through the decades right through to the present day with DJ Fitchy, on our family-only dancefloor filled with club lighting (no strobes), confetti cannons, bubbles, giant balloons, and our fab parachute dance finale.

Bring the whole family together and throw some wicked shapes inside an authentic, safe nightclub. When a break is needed, there will be a themed craft, a baby chill area and... a bar! (Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks)

The club spaces at Cargo Manchester are up several flights of stairs, but once up there it's all on one level. There is a small lift, which can be used for anyone who needs mobility assistance. The lift is small, so please expect to use the stairs unless you specifically need the lift. Please contact Sophie at [email protected], if you have any mobility requirements or additional needs and she'll be happy to help.

Buggies must be left in buggy park outside the event space and will not be allowed on the dance floor. There is limited storage space available, so please leave buggies at home, if possible. All valuables are the parents’ responsibility. Slings are encouraged for little babies to enable dancing!

This is a rave! Expect low levels of lighting (some areas very low) but all risk assessed prior to the event. All exits are stewarded.

A changing table and/or mats will be available.

There is a no refund policy. If you are unable to attend you may sell your tickets to someone else. If well in advance of a sold-out event please email [email protected] so we can try and match you with someone on the waiting list.

Adults remain responsible for their children at all times

Adult only groups are not admitted. A max of 3 children per adult in a family.

The event will be busy. The dancefloor is for adults and children to dance together.

For indoor events, low lighting/club lighting rigs (no strobes) are used. BFLF Crew will monitor the stairs.

Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating

Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance

If attending as a large party please ensure one adult to two children minimum. We will refuse entry to groups where there is inadequate supervision. If there are more than 4 adults per child in your group please email [email protected] for pre-approval before buying tickets

Each member of your group must have a ticket and pre-walking infants are free (but ticketed). Please purchase bear in mind the age your child will be at the time the event will take place. It will cost more on the door (if tickets are available)

The music level is set and monitored throughout to abide by WHO guidelines. Though quieter than at adult events, it is still loud enough to feel like you are at a club. Most parents do not use ear defenders on their children but if yours are particularly sensitive to noise or if you want them to nap then you might want to consider it.

We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for BFLF promotion purposes

Please be aware that BFLF is designed to provide a family-friendly, authentic club experience and is not a traditional children’s party or disco. There will be no kid's music, games, or DJ shout outs. The effect is to give families unity on the dancefloor – dancing together. DJs will be announced in advance of each party via Twitter and Facebook but may be subject to unavoidable change.
