Our biggest family rave of the year celebrates all things fun and spooky! Expect an authentic, fa-boo-lous nightclub experience with light effects - at a noise level suitable for little ears.

Legendary jungle drum and bass DJ, Aphrodite, will be headlining the main stage and in room two(where there is a light-up dance floor!) you can bust out the moves to some old and new skool garage!

This family-only event will be filled with good vibes, bubbles, SNOW FOAM, balloons and a spooktacularly-fantastic giant parachute! Expect spectacular nightclub lighting (no strobes) for an authentic night-out feeling, in the middle of the afternoon!

“Worth having kids for” – BFLF First Timer

All ages are very welcome, but activities are designed with 0-8 years olds in mind.

There will be…..

• Multi-sensory dancefloor filled with confetti cannons, bubbles, snow, balloons and our fab parachute dance finale.
• Craft activity
• Homemade playdough table
• Baby chillout area
• Free transfer tattoos
• Licensed bar and sweet treats
• Fancy dress is optional but encouraged!

Stairs/Accessibility

Wheelchair access to the first-floor dance area is available with accessible toilets available downstairs.

Toilets and nappy changing facilities

There are toilets on all floors and changing tables and/or mats will be available. There will be no high chairs available.

Prams/buggies/general kid stuff

There is very limited storage space available, please leave prams behind if possible. Valuables (including kids) are the parent’s responsibility. Prams will not be allowed on the dance floor. Slings are encouraged and are cool!

Everyone is welcome on the dancefloor! If you, or your child, have any additional requirements, please get in touch. We have a range of measures that can help make your visit as comfortable as possible. Email [email protected] for more info

What’s the refund policy?

There is a no refund policy. If well in advance of a sold-out event please email [email protected] so we can try and match you with someone on the waiting list.

Safety

* Adults remain responsible for their children at all times

* Adult-only groups are not admitted. A max of 3 children per adult in a family.

* The event will be busy. The dancefloor is for adults and children to dance together.

* For indoor events, low lighting/club lighting rigs (no strobes) are used. BFLF Crew will monitor the stairs.

* Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating

* Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance

Large Groups

If attending as a large party please ensure one adult to two children minimum. We will refuse entry to groups where there is inadequate supervision. If there are more than 4 adults per child in your group please email [email protected] for pre-approval before buying tickets

Each group member must have a ticket and pre-walking infants are free (but ticketed). Please purchase bear in mind the age your child will be at the time the event will take place. It will cost more on the door (if tickets are available)

Sound Level

The music level is set and monitored throughout to abide by WHO guidelines. Though quieter than at adult events, it is still loud enough to feel like you are at a club. Most parents do not use ear defenders on their children, but if your child is particularly sensitive to noise uou might want to consider them

Photography/Marketing

We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for BFLF promotion purposes

Just a reminder…

Please be aware that BFLF is designed to provide a family-friendly, authentic club experience and is not a traditional children’s party or disco. There will be no kid’s music, games, or DJ shout outs. The effect is to give families unity on the dancefloor – dancing together. DJs will be announced in advance of each party via Twitter and Facebook but may be subject to unavoidable change.
