In this interactive STEM-based experience, children become Emotion Scientists, using exciting experiments like fizzy reactions, pressure tests, and controlled releases to explore how emotions build, overflow, and calm.
Through guided experiments and movement-based regulation strategies, kids learn:
Why emotions sometimes feel overwhelming
How the brain and body react to stress, excitement, frustration, and worry
What happens when emotions build too quickly
Science-backed tools to help calm the nervous system and regain control
Kids don’t just learn what to do when emotions feel big, they learn why it works.
This camp supports:
💛 Emotional awareness
💛Self-regulation skills
💛 Confidence and body awareness
💛 Problem-solving and critical thinking
Big feelings aren’t something to fear, they’re something to understand. When kids understand their emotions, they feel more confident navigating school, friendships, and everyday challenges.
