Big Feelings, Brave Hearts - 2026

This is an evidence-based group for 8-11 year old's who are struggling with difficult emotions such as anxiety, sadness, anger, fear, or depression.

The goal of this group is that youth will feel less distress when they experience difficult emotions and they will develop strategies to cope with and manage those emotions.

Dates for this group: Thursdays - 6 weekly sessions, Jan 29; Feb 5, 12, 19, 26; Mar 5.
